The Real Estate Salesperson will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting potential buyers, conducting property tours, explaining project features, and following up on leads. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a client portfolio, preparing and presenting offers, negotiating terms within company guidelines, and supporting clients through closing and documentation. The role also involves staying updated on project inventory, pricing, and promotions, coordinating with internal teams for marketing materials and sales events, and maintaining accurate records in the company’s CRM or sales systems.
