Job Purpose:The Receptionist / Admin Assistant serves as the first point of contact and the welcoming face of the Pharco corporate office. This role is responsible for managing the front desk reception area, handling incoming corporate communications, and providing essential administrative support to the corporate team and Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will blend strong organizational skills with an agile, welcoming approach to ensure smooth daily office operations and project a highly professional company image.Key Responsibilities:1. Front Desk & Reception ManagementCorporate Welcoming: Greet visitors, clients, and corporate team members warmly upon arrival, ensuring a highly professional first impression.Switchboard Operations: Manage the central telephone lines—answering inquiries, screening calls, and routing messages accurately to the respective corporate team members or General Managers.2. General Administrative & Corporate SupportMeeting Room Coordination: Manage the shared calendar for corporate meeting rooms, ensuring rooms are clean, well-stocked, and prepared for high-level executive or panel reviews.Office Supplies: Monitor and maintain an inventory of office stationery, pantry items, and administrative supplies, initiating reorders within set guidelines.Documentation Support: Assist corporate team members with photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic data entry or document formatting.Job Requirements & Qualifications:EducationBachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Applied Arts, Languages (Al-Alsun/Arts), or a related field.Experience0 to 2 years of experience in a front desk reception, customer service, or administrative assistant role.Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills and active internship experience are highly encouraged to apply.Technical & Soft SkillsLanguage Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English is required to communicate effectively with corporate guests and international partners.Computer Skills: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).Professional Appearance: Excellent grooming, dress code adherence, and professional telephone etiquette.Interpersonal Excellence: Outstanding communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills, with a patient and customer-centric attitude.Discretion: A high degree of integrity and accountability when handling confidential corporate information or managing visitor details.
