HR Admin Assistant

PHARCO Corporation is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Admin Assistant to join our Corporate Organization Development team at our Amriya site, Alexandria.This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to start their careers in Human Resources and Organizational Development within a dynamic corporate environment. The successful candidate will support key Organizational Development and Employee Engagement initiatives while gaining valuable exposure to corporate HR practices and administrative operations.🔹 Key Responsibilities• Support Organizational Development and Employee Engagement initiatives across the organization.• Coordinate meetings, workshops, training sessions, and departmental activities.• Maintain departmental records, reports, databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and administrative documents.• Support internal communication, culture, and employee engagement activities.• Follow up on action items, departmental projects, and ongoing initiatives.• Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth execution of HR and OD activities.🔹 Qualifications & Requirements• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.• Strong organizational, coordination, and administrative skills.• Internship or practical experience in HR or Administration is considered an advantage.• High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
