We are looking for a professional and friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The successful candidate will welcome guests, manage appointments, coordinate HR interview schedules, and handle customer inquiries via phone calls while maintaining a positive company image.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome clients and visitors and ensure they are seated comfortably.Manage the reception area and maintain a professional environment.Coordinate and schedule HR interviews with candidates and relevant departments.Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.Direct calls and messages to the appropriate departments.Maintain appointment schedules and update calendars as needed.Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks.Handle visitor records and ensure proper communication with internal teams. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Good organizational and time management skills.Ability to multitask and work under pressure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong customer service orientation.
