Company Description Kiwe is a CBE-licensed fintech payment app on a mission to redefine how Egypt moves money.Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Elsheikh Zayed, Egypt, with flexibility to work from home.The Card Chargeback & Disputes Specialist will be responsible for handling end-to-end chargeback and dispute cases related to card and payment transactions. This includes reviewing incoming disputes, analyzing transaction details, preparing supporting documents, and submitting representment files within the required scheme timelines.The role will work closely with Risk, Operations, Compliance, Customer Support, and external partners to investigate dispute cases, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate and fair outcomes. The specialist will also monitor dispute and fraud trends, prepare regular reports, and support process improvements to reduce financial losses and operational risk.Key responibilitiesHandle end-to-end chargeback and dispute cases.Monitor incoming chargebacks and ensure timely action within Visa, Meeza, Banque Misr, MDP / Modupay, and internal deadlines.Review transaction data, customer claims, and supporting documents.Prepare and upload representment evidence.Coordinate with Risk, Operations, Compliance, Customer Support, Banque Misr, MDP / Modupay, and external partners.Track fraud/dispute trends and maintain accurate case records.Prepare regular chargeback reports and support process improvements.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in chargebacks, disputes, fraud operations, transaction monitoring, payment operations, banking, or fintech.Good understanding of card payments, dispute handling, representment, and scheme rules.Experience with processor reports, requirements, and operational processes, especially MDP / Modupay, is a strong plus.Strong analytical skills with the ability to review transaction data, claims, and supporting documents accurately.Very good command of English and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Strong attention to detail, communication, and organization skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
