Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs across technical, site, and managerial roles.Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, recruitment databases, social media, and industry networks.Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, CV screening, phone interviews, shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer follow-up.Understand manpower requirements from project teams and department heads.Prepare and post clear and attractive job advertisements for different technical and construction roles.Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ technical background, experience, communication skills, salary expectations, and availability.Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and collect feedback.Maintain an updated database of qualified candidates for future vacancies.Track recruitment progress and prepare regular hiring reports.Support urgent project-based hiring requirements when needed.Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Maintain knowledge of the construction and infrastructure labor market, salary ranges, and competitor hiring trends. Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within construction, infrastructure, contracting, engineering consultancy, or real estate development.Strong experience sourcing technical and engineering candidates.Good understanding of construction and infrastructure job functions such as site execution, technical office, MEP, electrical, mechanical, planning, cost control, QA/QC, and project management.Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, recruitment websites, databases, and social media sourcing methods.Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.Ability to manage multiple vacancies at the same time.Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Good command of English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
