Egybell is hiring a Recruitment Specialist (with HR Generalist Responsibilities) for a reputable company- Location: Abu Rawash* Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements- Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking)- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview processes- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees- Maintain employee records and HR documentation- Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance activities- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communications- Provide general administrative support to the HR function as needed* Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment- Experience in supporting HR operations or generalist activities- Knowledge of HR best practices- Good command of Microsoft Office and HR systems- Very good English communication skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Good organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
