Egybell is hiring a Lawyer for a reputable construction company.Location: 1st Settlement - New CairoResponsibilities:· Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.· Provide legal advice and guidance to management on corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory matters.· Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.· Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and meetings with external parties when required.· Manage relationships with external legal counsel, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.· Conduct legal research and provide risk assessments on business decisions and transactions.· Monitor changes in legislation and advise management on potential impacts.· Assist with company registrations, licenses, permits, and corporate governance matters.· Handle dispute resolution, claims, and litigation matters when necessary.· Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Law.- 1- 2 years of experience- Very Good command of English (spoken and written)- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
