Regional and Consolidation Senior Manager

Manage and assist the Consolidation VP to handle and supervise the consolidation department and to provide guidance to all of the team members in all of consolidation responsibilities belowPerform, oversee and direct the managements separate & consolidated financial statements on quarterly basis to determine the company financial position.Assisting Research the Consolidation VP and resolving accounting issues and implementation of new accounting pronouncements to ensure Egyptian & IFRS compliance.Assisting with the Investors, EGX and FRA regulatory requirements.Assisting all the subsidiaries companies in all the new EGY GAAP treatments and being the key person between the finance department and the external accounting and audit firms in implementing any new accounting standard.Assisting in the new Accounting Standards Conversions carried on across the entire GB Corp GroupCoordination of quarter and year end audit including preparation of statutory financial statements Issuing Statutory Financial Statements under the supervision of the Consolidation VP.Perform other duties as assigned by the Consolidation VP.Prepare Country by country report for the group under the supervision of the Consolidation VP.Assist special projects, ERP enhancements and ad hoc analyses as requested.Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in commerce or a related fieldSpecial Certification or Training Required: ACCA or CPA,Required Industry Experience: Minimum 10 Years of ExperienceTechnological Requirements: Excellent command of Microsoft SuitesLanguage Requirements: Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
