By empowering SMEs and promoting financial inclusion, Qardy contributes to economic development and entrepreneurial growth across the region.Role Description Responsible for evaluating the creditworthiness of SME clients while managing client relationships to support business growth.The role combines financial analysis, risk assessment, customer relationship management, and portfolio monitoring to ensure sound lending decisions and achieve business targets.QualificationsAnalyze financial statements, cash flows, and credit reports to assess SME creditworthiness. Conduct comprehensive credit risk assessments and prepare credit recommendations. Manage and maintain strong relationships with SME clients throughout the lending cycle. Identify new business opportunities and cross-selling potential. Monitor portfolio performance and ensure asset quality. Perform periodic credit reviews and early warning monitoring. Coordinate with Sales, Risk, Legal, and Operations to ensure efficient credit processing. Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and FRA regulations.Prepare credit proposals and present recommendations to the approval committee. Achieve portfolio growth while maintaining acceptable risk levels. Requirements:Min. 3-5 years of experience in SMEs Credit. Experience as a Credit Analyst and/ or Relationship Manager in SMEs Strong Credit analysis and financial statement analysis skills. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Credit Course is a Must. Strong knowledge of SME lending, financial analysis, and risk assessment. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Target-Oriented with good communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
