This role focuses on developing and growing sales for religious and faith-oriented tour packages, including group pilgrimages and culturally significant itineraries. The Religious Sales Manager will identify and build relationships with travel agencies, community organizations, and group leaders, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Daily responsibilities include tailoring travel proposals to client needs, preparing quotations, coordinating with operations and product teams to ensure accurate itineraries, and monitoring booking pipelines and revenue targets. The role also involves conducting market analysis, organizing sales presentations, participating in promotional events, handling customer inquiries and escalations, and maintaining accurate sales reports and CRM records. The Religious Sales Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that services are inclusive, respectful of diverse beliefs, and delivered to high quality and safety standards.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years in religious tourism is a Must , 5+ years as sales manager .Proven experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality sales, preferably with group or religious/cultural tours.Residents of 6th of October City, Sheikh Zayed, and nearby areas are highly preferred.Strong client relationship management skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.Ability to design and present tailored travel solutions that respect diverse cultural and religious practices.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with clear and professional written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.Comfort with CRM systems, MS Office tools, and basic data analysis for forecasting and reporting.Knowledge of major religious destinations and global pilgrimage routes is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism Management, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site in El Sheikh Zaid and occasionally travel for client meetings or familiarization trips.
