NOK Human Capital is hiring a Sales Manager – Religious Tourism on behalf of a leading company in the travel and tourism sector.📍 Location: El Sheikh Zayed City, GizaAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Religious Tourism to lead and develop the sales team responsible for Hajj and Umrah programs.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, expanding market share, and maximizing the team’s overall performance. The role also requires close coordination with the Operations, Marketing, and Finance departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Religious Tourism sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Hajj and Umrah programs.Monitor sales performance, KPIs, conversion rates, and individual team results.Prepare sales plans, revenue forecasts, market analyses, and performance reports for senior management.Identify new business opportunities and support the company’s expansion within the Religious Tourism market.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, travel agents, key accounts, suppliers, and strategic partners.Recruit, coach, motivate, and develop sales team members to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers, agents, and business partners.Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.Ensure accurate use of CRM, reservation, booking, and sales reporting systems.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.5–8 years of experience in tourism sales, including strong experience in Hajj and Umrah sales.At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor, Team Leader, or Sales Manager.Recent and proven experience in Religious Tourism and Hajj and Umrah sales is mandatory.Demonstrated experience leading and developing a sales team.Proven ability to achieve sales targets, prepare forecasts, and develop revenue growth plans.Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.Experience using CRM systems, reservation and booking platforms, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are preferred.Sales Management, Tourism Management, Leadership, or Hajj and Umrah Operations certifications are preferred.Very good written and spoken English.Candidates residing in or near El Sheikh Zayed City, 6th of October City, or Giza are preferred.Employment Type: Full-timeWork Mode: On-siteWorking Schedule: Rotational shiftsStarting Date: Immediate
