Your day will include:- Dispatching tow trucks for incident management, private property, and consent tows- Handling police rotation calls in real time- Updating TMS / CAD systems accurately- Communicating with drivers, customers, and property managers- Coordinating ETAs, confirmations, and follow-ups- Logging calls and generating end-of-shift reportsYou'll be assigned to ONE client account — not bounced around. You'll know your drivers, your trucks, your routes, and your customers. REQUIREMENTS- Excellent spoken and written English (neutral accent preferred)- 3+ years of dispatch, call center, or customer service experience- Available for US time zones (Eastern, Central, or Pacific shifts)- Reliable home internet (50 Mbps minimum)- Quiet, dedicated workspace- Headset, computer with dual monitors, and backup power- Ability to start within 1 week- Commitment to a minimum 6-month engagement⭐ NICE-TO-HAVE- Previous towing industry experience- Familiarity with TMS / CAD systems- Experience with US-based clients- Background in 911, emergency, or roadside assistance
