Key Requirements:Proven experience handling UAE Visit Visas Strong hands-on experience using NINTHWARE system (main user level preferred) Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written) Strong understanding of UAE visa documentation, processes, and immigration procedures Ability to manage visa applications accurately and efficiently under pressure Strong communication and follow-up skills Attention to detail and fast turnaround mindset Responsibilities:- Processing UAE visit visa applications from start to finish - Managing applications through the NINTHWARE platform - Reviewing and verifying documentation - Coordinating with internal teams and partners - Monitoring approvals, rejections, amendments, and overstay risks - Ensuring compliance with UAE visa regulations and company SOPs Preferred:Travel & tourism industry experience Experience working with B2B travel agents Ability to work independently in a remote environment
