Team members will handle client inquiries, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the resale process from initial contact to closing. The role includes maintaining an updated portfolio of available properties, matching clients with suitable listings, and negotiating offers in line with company guidelines. Agents will prepare and review basic documentation, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure all client information is accurately recorded in company systems. Daily responsibilities also involve building long-term client relationships, staying informed about market trends in New Cairo, and participating in regular sales meetings and trainings.QualificationsProven interest or experience in real estate sales, particularly in resale properties, with a strong client-focused mindset.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.Basic proficiency with digital tools and CRM or sales systems to track leads, listings, and client interactions.Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, including conducting property visits and meeting clients in person.High level of professionalism, integrity, and respect for confidentiality in all client dealings.Willingness to learn, adapt to market changes, and participate in ongoing training and development.Previous experience in real estate sales is an advantage; fresh graduates with strong sales potential are encouraged to apply.Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic is preferred.
