Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Agent Real Estate Sales Manager (Resale/Seniors) position located in New Cairo. The candidate will be responsible for managing real estate sales operations, sourcing and engaging with potential clients, developing strategic sales plans, and guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties. The role involves supervising and mentoring a team of sales agents, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
