Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting for new leads, conducting property viewings, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available listings and market conditions. The role involves advising clients on property values, sales prices, rental rates, and contract terms while ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant. The Real Estate Salesperson will prepare and present offers, negotiate on behalf of clients, and follow up consistently to build strong, long-term relationships. Collaboration with internal teams and maintaining detailed records in CRM or similar systems are essential parts of the role.QualificationsStrong sales skills with proven ability in Sales and Real Estate transactions.Knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate market practices, regulations, and documentation.Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-focused and solution-oriented approach.Valid Real Estate License (where applicable) or willingness to obtain one within a defined timeframe.Effective communication and negotiation abilities in spoken and written form.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple listings and clients simultaneously.Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems for tracking leads and activities.Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred but not strictly required.
