Specialism in research is necessary • Strong project management and planning skills, good communication and client-handling skills, shows commercial sensitivity • Ability to coach and manage more senior members of staff, effective delegation • Ability to work in an international environment • 5+ Years of Experience in healthcare research • Fluency in English Main Activities • Contributes actively to business strategy meetings and actions • Coaches team to analyze • Collaborates with other Business Unit Leaders.
