Job Responsibilities: Receive shipments from customers at SuperJet stations and verify shipment details and documentation.Perform a basic visual inspection to ensure shipments are properly packed and safe for transportation.Record shipment information in the company system or approved logs.Coordinate with SuperJet drivers regarding trip schedules and shipment loading.Supervise the loading and unloading of shipments to ensure proper handling.Hand over shipments at destination stations and obtain delivery confirmation or signatures.Follow all safety, operational, and station regulations.Handle customers professionally and escalate any issues to management when necessary.Maintain order and cleanliness in the shipment handling area.Job Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the shipping/logistics field is a preferable.Bachelor’s degree or high school diplomaFamiliarity with our industry is a plusExperience using the help desk and support toolsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsPatience when handling tough casesMulti-tasking abilities
