The Retail Salesperson will welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with brand guidelines and store standards. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers with fittings and selections, explaining product features, processing sales transactions, and handling returns or exchanges in a professional manner. The role also involves maintaining visual merchandising standards, replenishing stock, keeping the sales floor organized, and supporting promotional activities.
