Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Specialist (Printers) located in Cairo. The Retail Specialist will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on printers, assisting customers with product selection, and ensuring proper maintenance and operation of printing equipment. Tasks include demonstrating product features, assisting with print production and bindery tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain store performance will also be expected.
