The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, greeting guests in a professional manner, answering and directing phone calls, and managing the reception area. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, scheduling and coordinating appointments or meeting rooms, and guiding visitors to the appropriate departments or team members. The role also involves performing basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies. The Receptionist will work closely with internal teams to support daily operations and ensure a welcoming, organized front office environment.Qualifications Strong Receptionist Duties and front desk skills, including greeting visitors, managing a reception area, and handling inquiries efficiently.Professional Phone Etiquette for answering, screening, and directing calls clearly and courteously.Solid Clerical Skills such as filing, data entry, managing documents, and basic office administration.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with visitors, clients, and colleagues.Ability to remain organized, calm, and detail-oriented in a busy office environment.Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets); experience with phone systems is an advantage.Previous experience in a receptionist, front office, or administrative role is preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in office administration or related fields is a plus.
