Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Retired Officer, located in Cairo. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and leveraging their rich experience to guide teams and advise on effective decision-making. Responsibilities include conducting operational reviews, mentoring junior staff, and fostering efficient workflows to meet the company’s objectives. Qualifications Extensive experience in strategic project planning and execution.Leadership skills with experience mentoring and supervising teams effectively.Strong background in technical analysis and compliance with construction and architectural standards.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.Familiarity with local and international architectural and engineering regulations is highly desirable.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory, depending on equivalent experience.A commitment to quality, safety, and meeting deadlines is essential.
