About the Job: This is a highly operational and hands-on role designed to safeguard our revenue streams and ensure financial accuracy across logistics and customs operations. The position requires a strong on-ground presence, including flexibility to travel to remote sites and work irregular hours (such as late evenings and occasional nights) to align with operational needs. Job Responsibilities: Monitor the end-to-end revenue generation cycle, from initial service delivery through to billing and final collection, ensuring complete accuracy and consistency. Conduct regular audits and detailed reconciliations of all revenue streams to proactively identify and resolve discrepancies. Validate that all rate configurations and service charges applied in the system strictly match commercial agreements. Ensure all customer contracts and agreed-upon terms are accurately reflected within the billing systems. Design, implement, and monitor robust controls to prevent operational delays and eliminate revenue leakage. Investigate anomalies or discrepancies in financial data and operational transactions, recommending and implementing effective corrective actions. Prepare and present detailed executive reports on revenue assurance performance, tracking key financial metrics and KPIs. Work closely with the Operations team on the ground to ensure financial processes align with physical workflows. Collaborate seamlessly with Finance, IT, and Commercial teams to continuously improve and streamline revenue assurance processes. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a closely related field from a recognized university. Minimum of 7+ years of proven experience as a Revenue Assurance Analyst (or a similar financial control role) specifically within the logistics, supply chain, or customs operations sectors. Strong, fundamental understanding of financial principles, auditing practices, and revenue recognition standards. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with enterprise-level ERP systems. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex data sets and make strong decisions in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders. High organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure. Adaptability and readiness to maintain a strong on-ground presence in remote areas, including working flexible and irregular schedules.
