About the RoleWe are hiring a Risk Management Lead on behalf of a leading international company for large-scale capital and infrastructure projects in Egypt.This role is ideal for experienced professionals with a strong background in project risk governance, structured risk assessment, and executive-level risk reporting within complex project environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project and program risk management activities across major capital projectsEstablish, maintain, and govern project risk registers across multiple workstreamsFacilitate structured risk identification and risk assessment workshopsPerform qualitative and quantitative risk assessmentsLink risk exposure to cost, schedule, and contingency planningSupport risk-based decision-making and governance processesPrepare executive risk dashboards and reports for senior leadershipCoordinate with project controls, planning, commercial, and delivery teamsEnsure risk governance compliance across project functionsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field10+ years of professional experienceMinimum 3 years of dedicated experience in project risk managementStrong experience in infrastructure, utilities, or large capital projectsProven experience building and managing project risk registersStrong experience facilitating formal risk workshopsExperience in qualitative and quantitative risk assessmentStrong reporting and stakeholder communication skillsPreferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in Project Management, Risk Management, or Engineering ManagementRMP (Risk Management Professional) certification strongly preferredPMP certification is a plusExperience with QRA / Monte Carlo simulation is an advantageKey CompetenciesStrong analytical and governance mindsetExecutive-level reporting and communicationStructured facilitation and stakeholder managementRisk-based decision support
