Staffona is a growing HR outsourcing and recruitment company supporting leading businesses across multiple industries through specialized recruitment and operational solutions.We are hiring a Risk Management Lead on behalf of a leading international company supporting large-scale infrastructure and capital projects in Egypt.This role is ideal for experienced professionals with strong expertise in project risk governance, structured risk assessment, and executive-level reporting within complex project environments.About the RoleThe selected candidate will lead project risk management activities across major programs and work closely with project controls, planning, commercial, and leadership teams to support risk-based decision-making and governance.The role requires strong experience in risk registers, workshop facilitation, risk reporting, and linking risk exposure to project cost and schedule impacts.Key ResponsibilitiesLead project and program risk management activities across major projectsEstablish, maintain, and govern project risk registersFacilitate structured risk identification and assessment workshopsPerform qualitative and quantitative risk assessmentsSupport risk-based contingency planning and mitigation strategiesLink project risks to cost, schedule, and operational impactsPrepare executive-level risk dashboards and reportsCoordinate with project controls, planning, commercial, and delivery teamsSupport governance and escalation processes across project functionsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field10+ years of professional experienceMinimum 3 years dedicated to project risk management or risk assessmentExperience in infrastructure, utilities, or large capital projects is mandatoryStrong experience managing project risk registers and governance processesExperience facilitating formal multi-disciplinary risk workshopsStrong reporting, analytical, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsRMP certification or equivalent is strongly preferredPMP certification is an advantageExperience with QRA / Monte Carlo simulation is a plusMaster’s degree in Project Management, Risk Management, or Engineering Management is preferredWho You AreAnalytical and detail-orientedStrong communicator with executive reporting capabilitiesStructured and process-drivenComfortable working across multiple stakeholders and project teamsStrong governance and decision-support mindsetWork SetupLocation: Ras Elhekma, Egypt - Accomodation providedProject Environment: Large-scale construction in an international company📌 Applications are handled exclusively by Staffona.
