Position Overview: The role involves conducting risk assessments across the organization, analyzing risks, and developing mitigation strategies. Key responsibilities include preparing risk reports, assisting in the creation of a risk management framework, reviewing contracts for potential risks, and delivering training on risk management best practices.Key Responsibilities:Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across various organizational levels, including processes, functions, projects, and departments. Utilize approved methodologies and criteria to identify, evaluate, and document potential risks.Risk Analysis: Analyze identified risks to assess their likelihood and potential impact on the organization. Develop strategies to mitigate or eliminate risks.Risk Reporting: Prepare accurate and detailed risk reports, including risk registers and matrices. Communicate risk information effectively to stakeholders at all levels.Risk Management Framework: Assist in developing and implementing a robust risk management framework to ensure the organization's resilience and sustainability.Contract Review: Review contracts and agreements to identify potential risks and ensure that the organization is adequately protected.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various departments and teams to gather data, conduct risk assessments, and provide guidance on risk-related matters.Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employees' understanding of risk management concepts and best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in, Business, Accounting or Finance. Risk Management courses and education is a must for this position. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the same field.
