Apply now!Learn more jti.comRMC Marketing ManagerOwn brands like a business leader in one of the most dynamic and competitive markets, with the opportunity to shape growth and make real impact at scale.Purpose of the RoleThe RMC Marketing Manager is accountable for driving the growth and in-market performance of assigned brands, translating portfolio strategy into impactful, insight-led execution.Reporting to the Combustible Brand Lead, the role acts as the brand business owner, ensuring strong commercial delivery, consistent brand equity, and execution excellence across all touchpoints.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Ownership & DeliveryOwn end-to-end performance of assigned brands (volume, share, profitability, equity).Translate portfolio strategy into clear brand priorities and plans.Develop and deliver annual brand plans across pricing, portfolio, communication, and activation.Ensure plans are commercially viable and aligned with market realities across regions and channels.Performance & Growth ManagementTrack and drive KPIs (volume, SOM, equity, distribution, ROI).Identify risks and opportunities, leading timely corrective actions.Drive performance reviews and optimize investment allocation.Champion test-and-learn to scale winning initiatives.Consumer & Market InsightPartner with Consumer Insights to translate insights into actionable growth opportunities.Monitor competitor activity and adapt plans accordingly.Ensure all initiatives are consumer-centric and commercially sound.Execution ExcellenceDeliver best-in-class execution across retail, digital, and activation touchpoints.Define execution standards and ensure consistent in-market delivery.Partner with Activation and Trade teams to maximize visibility and ROI.Cross-Functional LeadershipAct as the voice of the brand across Marketing & Sales, ensuring clear and focused delivery.Align brand priorities with Trade, Sales Planning, and execution teams.Serve as key liaison across Legal, Corporate Affairs, GSC, CMA, R&D, Regional teams, and HQ.RequirementsUniversity degree in Marketing or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in brand/portfolio management, pricing, and market analysis.Strong commercial and financial acumen.Solid understanding of multi-channel environments.Excellent English communication skills.Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel).Functional SkillsStrong analytical and business insight.High attention to detail and quality.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Confidence engaging stakeholders across levels.Strong presentation skills.What To ExpectWell-being initiatives, flexible work arrangements, growth opportunities, and competitive benefits, including a unique family leave policy.
