The role focuses on shipment execution, data quality, KPI monitoring, and profitability tracking, while supporting month-end closing and logistics reporting.How you create impactEnd-to-end shipment management in the transportation management Systems (TMS)Ensuring shipment data accuracy and quality in the TMSManaging shipments with carriers and brokersProviding daily shipment status updatesHandling billing activitiesArchiving shipment and transport documentationPreparing Operational Care Center (OCC) performance reportsSupporting operational KPI tracking and shipment profitability monitoringProviding operational data to support month-end closing and reportingWhat we would like you to bringBachelor’s degree in related field2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operational roles (road/overland logistics is an advantage)Collaborative team player with clear communication skills & a customer-oriented mindsetStrong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and operational qualityGood analytical, organizational, and reporting skillsEffective problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong time management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentFluent in English and ArabicWhat's in it for youAt Kuehne+Nagel you can demonstrate your personal and professional attributes.
