Safety policy and objectives Support the implementation, maintenance and improvement of KONE safety management system (operating model) including worker, user and third party safety Cultivate an understanding and actively caring culture for safety. Act as a role model Compile, maintain and improve safety documentation together with the unit safety team Actively participate in and contribute to unit safety committee and other safety forums Provide professional advice and support to the unit on matters affecting safety Plan, participate in and implement projects and activities to improve safety Work closely with customers and partners, including KONE subcontractors Support the development, review and exercise of crisis and emergency response plansSafety risk management Monitor and develop safety risk management processes, tools and practices Support safety related change management projects and initiativesSafety assurance Collect, measure and ensure accuracy of leading and lagging safety data. Report performance Monitor legal and business environment development in safety, identify and propose actions Perform safety audits regularly to verify compliance, identify uncontrolled risks and deviations Assist line management in safety audits/visits and support the audit process improvement Analyse and investigate incidents.
