Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located Alexandria. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for : Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, develop new business, and negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets Monitor account performance, track sales metrics, prepare reports on accounts and transactions, and ensure client satisfaction Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver solutions and resolve client issues Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies QualificationsCustomer service, communication and account management skillsProven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads ( 2-3 years )Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clientsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related fieldExperience in the EdTech industry is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a team
