This role requires deep knowledge of data archiving, backup assurance, and business continuity challenges, combined with strong consultative sales skills to engage prospects, understand their infrastructure risks, and close deals that maximize client ROI and eliminate unplanned downtime.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities for DPSIT managed services, focusing specifically on Next-Gen Data Archiving, Backup Assurance, Infrastructure Management, and Automated Disaster Recovery (DR) Orchestration.Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to DPSIT's resilience solutions and customer business continuity needs.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives, IT infrastructure leaders, and procurement teams.Conduct high-impact product presentations and solution demonstrations through the Presales team, effectively articulating the value, TCO reduction, and ROI of DPSIT's offerings.Collaborate with internal technical teams (Presales, Operations, and Engineering) to design and deliver customized managed service and DR frameworks.Deeply understand customers’ business objectives and technical environments to provide tailored solutions and proactive risk-mitigation advice.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by continuously analyzing customer infrastructure challenges and scaling requirements.Manage the full sales lifecycle seamlessly, from initial lead generation and qualification to complex contract negotiation and closing.Track and maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline health, and opportunity metrics within the company CRM system.Stay updated on managed services industry trends, compliance mandates (data residency/archiving laws), and competitor offerings to effectively secure market share. Participate actively in regional industry events, summits, webinars, and trade shows to promote DPSIT solutions and generate qualified enterprise leads.Provide structured customer feedback to product and marketing teams to drive continuous optimization of DPSIT's service portfolio.Qualifications & RequirementsProven enterprise B2B sales experience within Managed Services (MSP), Storage, Cloud Infrastructure, and Data Protection domains industries.Solid foundational knowledge of enterprise backup architectures, archiving systems, and recovery metrics (RTO/RPO) is highly preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a major advantage).Willingness to travel as required to secure regional market growth.Willingness to relocate based on strategic business expansion needs.
