Silicon Mind is hiring a "Sales Account Manager ".Location: Alexandria / Cairo Main Responsibilities:1. Research and identify international business opportunities, including new markets, customer segments, growth areas, industry trends, and partnership opportunities.2. Develop and implement market-entry and international expansion strategies aligned with the company’s commercial objectives.3. Prepare business development roadmaps, action plans, proposals, presentations, quotations, pricing strategies, and other commercial documents.4. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of international leads, prospects, clients, distributors, partners, and key stakeholders.5. Approach prospective clients and partners, arrange meetings, deliver presentations, and conduct business discussions.6. Analyze customer needs, market requirements, competitor activities, regulations, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.7. Recommend strategic improvements to enhance growth, competitiveness, service offerings, and product development.8. Manage communications with customers and partners, maintain long-term relationships, and follow up on leads, proposals, negotiations, and agreements.9. Prepare business proposals, company presentations, quotations, pricing strategies, and other commercial documents.10. Support contract negotiations, partnership agreements, and commercial discussions with international clients and partners.11. Monitor sales performance, business development activities, and market feedback, prepare regular management reports, and represent the company at international exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, conferences, and networking events.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in any related field.2. Technology background is a plus.3. Experience of 1-3 years in any related field.4. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.5. Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.6. Strong organizational and follow-up skills with a results-oriented mindset.7. Excellent command of English (written and spoken)8.
