Sales & Account ManagerLocation: Egypt (Preferred) Type: Full-Time Reports to: Product Manager / FounderAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly capable Sales & Account Manager to own client relationships end-to-end, ensuring smooth communication between clients and our internal product/technical teams.This role is primarily focused on Account Management, Client Success, and Requirement Handling, with the ability to support business development and sales opportunities when needed.The ideal candidate has experience handling enterprise or high-value clients, understands how to gather requirements clearly, manage expectations, and turn client conversations into actionable deliverables for product teams.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.Build strong long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and project progress.Handle escalations professionally and maintain client trust.Requirements Gathering & Product CoordinationCollect, document, and clarify client business requirements.Translate client needs into clear action points for Product & Technical teams.Work directly with the Product Manager to align client expectations with roadmap and delivery capabilities.Participate in product discussions to represent the voice of the customer.Ensure all client feedback is properly tracked and communicated internally.Project & Delivery CoordinationMonitor client project progress and internal delivery timelines.Coordinate with design, product, and development teams to ensure smooth execution.Follow up on pending tasks and proactively remove blockers.Keep clients updated with clear progress communication.Sales & Business Development SupportIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.Support sales discussions when new inbound leads or opportunities arise.Present products/services confidently to potential clients.Assist in proposals, commercial discussions, and deal closing when required.Required Experience3–7+ years experience in:Account ManagementClient SuccessB2B SalesProject CoordinationSaaS / Tech / Digital Product environmentIdeal Candidate ProfileWe’re looking for someone who:Has managed enterprise or high-value clientsStrong communicator in Arabic & EnglishUnderstands how to deal with demanding stakeholdersCan translate vague client requests into structured requirementsCommercially aware (can spot opportunities)Organized and detail-orientedComfortable working directly with founders / leadershipUnderstands product development workflowsExperience with CRM tools (HubSpot / Zoho / Pipedrive / similar)Experience with project tools (ClickUp / Notion / Jira / Trello)Confident in presentations and client meetingsBonus PointsExperience in:SaaS productsDigital transformation projectsXR / AR / immersive techEvent tech / exhibition platformsEcommerce tech solutionsSuccess Metrics (KPIs)Client retention rateClient satisfaction scoreRequirement handoff qualityUpsell revenueResponse time to clientsProject coordination efficiencyDeal conversion support
