Grounded in innovation, EMS is committed to powering today while building a better tomorrow.Key Responsibilities:Prepare technical and commercial quotations for diesel generators and power solutions based on client requirements.Review RFQs, tender documents, and technical specifications to ensure full compliance.Coordinate with the technical team to select suitable generator models, configurations, and accessories.Liaise with suppliers (e.g., FG Wilson or similar brands) to obtain pricing and technical data.Prepare and submit technical and financial tender documents within the required deadlines.Maintain organized records of quotations, contracts, tenders, and customer communications.Follow up on submitted quotations and support the sales pipeline activities.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.2–5 years of experience in sales support, tendering, or proposal preparation (preferably in the generators or power sector).Good understanding of diesel generators, specifications, and configurations.Strong knowledge of tendering processes and documentation.Good command of English (written and spoken).Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with generator brands such as FG Wilson or equivalent.Familiarity with ERP systems.Technical background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is an advantage.
