QStaffers is currently hiring a Sales Advisor for one of our partners, an industry leader in Sales Services!Job Summary:The Sales Advisor is responsible for directly selling international medical insurance plans to individuals as well as small and medium enterprises.Responsibilities:Sales Target Management: Conduct meetings and execute sales strategies to achieve targets across both individual (B2C) and Small-to-Medium Enterprise (B2B) client segments.Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate new business leads through cold calling, prospecting, and leveraging personal networks to acquire new clients.End-to-End Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification to final closure, following the company's structured process.Client Relationship Management: Schedule and attend client meetings to build and maintain positive relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and professional service.Compliance & Administration: Accurately prepare and submit client applications, ensuring full compliance with all Know Your Customer (KYC) and FRA regulatory requirements.Reporting & Performance Tracking: Maintain detailed records of sales activities through daily reports, call logs, and other required documentation.Product Knowledge & Initiative: Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and a self-motivated approach to proactively drive business results.Standard Area:You will report to your manager daily, and as requested, so please use these opportunities to share experience and learn from feedback.You are expected to participate in any event organized to promote our insurance services.You should always observe company rules, uphold company principles and values, and conform to its behavioral code – such as dress code and working hours – at all times.Innovation Area:Following the work rules and procedures is a must. However, you are always encouraged to plan new ideas and to test them, such as ways of finding new sources of leads/prospects. Ideas that may challenge our corporate objectives and processes, such as changing the reporting system, are still encouraged having first obtained consensus from management.Mixing work with fun is healthy, so you are encouraged to do things that make your job more appealing and attractive for you, such as setting internal challenges with your peers. For example, you might have a 'phone calls day', in which you see who can achieve the highest number of phone calls in the day.
