Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Agent located in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, building and nurturing customer relationships, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. The role also involves understanding client needs to offer suitable training solutions and providing exceptional customer service throughout their journey. Collaborating with other teams to deliver services aligned with client goals will also be a key part of the responsibilities. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleaguesCustomer Service expertise and an empathetic approach to addressing client needsProven Sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targetsKnowledge or experience in Insurance and Training sectors is a plusAbility to work independently, with excellent organizational and time-management skillsFluency in both Arabic and English is an advantageRelevant educational background, such as a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields, is preferred
