The organization offers opportunities to learn about investments, client management, and professional sales practices in the real estate sector.Role Description This is a part-time, remote Sales Assistant role supporting the sales and client service activities of NuCapital Investments LLC. The Sales Assistant will help respond to client inquiries, schedule calls and meetings, and provide follow-up communications to ensure a positive client experience. Daily tasks include updating and organizing client records, tracking leads and opportunities, and managing the crm. The role also will include following up with potential sellers or buyers that are in the pipeline, monitoring email and messaging channels, and escalating complex questions to senior memebers of the team. The Sales Assistant will use digital tools and CRM systems to maintain accurate information and support efficient, compliant sales processes.QualificationsCoversational English needed to talk on the phone and text. Good with technology as you will be managing a CRM and an AI voice agent. Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in a client-facing environment.Foundational sales skills, including comfort with outreach, follow-up, and supporting lead management activities.Solid organization skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accurate records in digital systems.Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with reliable internet access and a structured approach to time management.Basic proficiency with office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, video conferencing, CRM or similar platforms).Interest in financial services or investments; prior experience in a sales, support, or administrative role is a plus.A big plus if you already have worked in the real estate space or have experience with sales.Part Time RequirementMonthly salary of: $300-$450 - 20 hours per week. Bonus: Bonus of $1,000 per closed transaction.
