 Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner. Provide personalized product recommendations based on client preferences. Maintain extensive knowledge of luxury products, collections, and brand heritage. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain a loyal customer base. Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally. Stay updated on new collections, promotions, and industry trends. Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and store organization.  High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred). Previous retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium brands. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Experience working with luxury brands or high-end retail environments. Knowledge of fashion styling or luxury product categories. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
