The main responsibility of this role is to visit businesses on the ground, introduce Koroot’s loyalty program, explain its value, and onboard new merchants.This is a field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and learning how to sell technology products to local businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Executive, you will:Visit cafés, restaurants, beauty salons, barbershops, retail stores, and other local businesses.Introduce Koroot’s loyalty program and explain how it can help businesses bring customers back more often.Identify decision-makers such as owners, managers, or branch supervisors.Present Koroot’s solution clearly and confidently in face-to-face meetings.Collect business information and understand each merchant’s customer loyalty needs.Help onboard new merchants and guide them through the setup process.Follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, or in-person visits.Maintain a daily pipeline of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and closed deals.Achieve weekly and monthly sales and onboarding targets.Share market feedback with the team, including objections, competitor insights, and merchant needs.Represent Koroot professionally in all client interactions.What Success Looks LikeA successful Sales Executive at Koroot will:Visit a high number of relevant businesses every week (50+ new merchants per week)Book meetings with business owners and managers.Convert interested merchants into active Koroot clients.Build strong relationships with cafés, restaurants, salons, and retail stores.Keep accurate sales records and follow up consistently.Become confident in selling Koroot’s loyalty program independently.CompensationBasic salary.Sales commission or performance bonus.Medical Insurance.Transportation allowance, if applicable.Mobile allowance, if applicable.Growth opportunity into Senior Sales Executive, Account Manager, or Business Development roles. The ideal candidate should have:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of sales, customer service, or business development experience.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Confidence in approaching new businesses and starting conversations.Good presentation and persuasion skills.Ability to explain simple technology products to non-technical business owners.Self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable working outside the office.Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.Basic computer and mobile app skills.Ability to use CRM tools, spreadsheets, or sales tracking systems.Good command of English; Arabic is a plus depending on the market.Valid driving license and access to transportation is preferred.Preferred QualitiesWe are especially interested in candidates who are:Outgoing and comfortable speaking with business owners.Hungry to learn sales and grow in a startup environment.Resilient and not discouraged by rejection.Organized and able to manage daily visits and follow-ups.Interested in technology, customer loyalty, restaurants, cafés, and local businesses.Able to build trust quickly with merchants.
