We're Hiring | Business Development SpecialistA group of specialized physiotherapy medical centers, operating as a healthcare service provider and collaborating with health insurance companies to deliver services, is seeking a highly experienced Business Development Specialist to join our growing team and contribute to expanding strategic partnerships and supporting growth within the healthcare and medical insurance sector.About the Role:We are looking for a highly skilled professional with strong experience in healthcare business development, insurance partnerships, contracting, negotiations, account management, and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare and medical insurance sectors.• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, and strategic partners.• Lead end-to-end contracting processes from negotiation through agreement execution.• Manage key accounts and ensure long-term partnership sustainability and growth.• Follow up on collections and outstanding payments while maintaining strong client relationships.• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.• Prepare business proposals, partnership agreements, presentations, and performance reports.• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and effective execution of agreements and services.• Represent the organization in high-level meetings, negotiations, and professional events.Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development. Strong background in Healthcare, Medical Insurance, Hospitals, or Healthcare Services is mandatory. Proven experience in contracting, negotiation, account management, and collections. Demonstrated success in managing insurance partnerships and corporate accounts. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive revenue growth. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
