Job Overview:We are seeking a Business Development Executive with practical experience selling educationalproducts and solutions (EdTech, LMS, training, or academic services) to educational institutionssuch as schools, universities, and training centers.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies targeting educational institutions.- Build sustainable relationships with private and international schools, universities, and academies.- Present solutions professionally and tailor to customer needs.- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.- Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.- Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.- Expand and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and customer database.Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years' experience in EdTech or educational B2B sales.- Strong knowledge of educational market dynamics in Egypt and GCC (preferred).- Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, IT, or a related field.Required Skills:- Business development & sales skills- Negotiation & closing proficiency- CRM pipeline management- Strategic relationship building- Presentation & demo abilities- Target-driven mindsetSoft Skills:- Strong communication and persuasion- Time management- Customer-focused approach- Professional demeanor- English: Very Good (spoken & written)
