The Sales Business Development professional will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, and support sales outreach through calls, meetings, and presentations. The role includes conducting market and competitor research, preparing tailored proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to align client needs with HOOH’s services. Day-to-day tasks involve managing client relationships, tracking performance metrics, and providing feedback on market trends to inform strategy. The role requires active participation in networking events and industry activities to expand HOOH’s presence and drive revenue growth.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify opportunities, evaluate trends, and support data-driven decisions.Excellent Communication skills for client-facing interactions, presentations, negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.Proven experience in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a structured sales pipeline.Customer Service skills to build trust, respond to inquiries, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.Background in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within creative, marketing, or advertising agencies.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt, with strong time management and organizational skills.Proficiency with CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office or similar productivity software.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
