This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth across BI💡’s advertising and marketing services. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and presentations, conducting sales meetings, and negotiating contracts. The role collaborates closely with account management and creative teams to align client needs with agency capabilities and ensure successful project delivery. The manager also monitors market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and support long-term partnerships.Qualifications Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.Experience in advertising, marketing, or related agency environments, with familiarity across services such as branding, media, and production.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional client relationships.Solid analytical and market research abilities to identify opportunities, understand client needs, and support data-driven decisions.Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Comfort working on-site in a collaborative team setting in Alexandria, Egypt, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.Previous experience in B2B sales or agency account management is highly beneficial.
