Job PurposeThe Senior Sales Consultant at Mercedes-Benz is responsible for delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience while achieving individual and team sales targets. This role demands a consultative approach to selling, in-depth product knowledge, and a passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand. The Senior Sales Consultant will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the entire purchase journey — from initial consultation to vehicle delivery and after-sales follow-up.Responsibilities:Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in both new and certified pre-owned vehiclesEffectively manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and customer qualification to closing the salePromote and utilize financial services, trade-in programs, and value-added products to support deal closureDeliver a premium, personalized customer experience aligned with the Mercedes-Benz brand valuesConduct needs analysis to recommend appropriate models and configurations tailored to each customerManage test drives, product demonstrations, and showroom walk-arounds professionally and confidentlyMaintain up-to-date knowledge of the entire Mercedes-Benz model range, including features, specifications, technologies, and pricingServe as a brand ambassador, confidently representing the image, culture, and standards of Mercedes-Benz at all touchpointsEnsure accurate and timely updates of customer data and activities on the CRM systemFollow up on leads generated from showroom traffic, digital channels, events, and referralsBuild and nurture a loyal customer base through effective relationship management and follow-upCoordinate with Product Experts, Finance Advisors, and Delivery Teams to ensure seamless customer handoverSupport junior sales team members through guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharingRequirementsBachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum of 2-4 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in premium or luxury brandsStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer serviceFluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)Proficient in Microsoft OfficeProfessional appearance and behavior
