Ventures ONSITE (www.venturesonsite.com), a product by Ventures Middle East is a subscription based platform utilized as business development tool providing accurate and detailed information on completed, on-going and future construction projects.Ventures Onsite is currently looking to hire a Sales Coordinator Scope of work:The primary responsibility of the Sales Coordinator (SLQ) is to identify companies who would be a prospects to Ventures ONSITE, the sales coordinator will be responsible in scheduling qualified meetings for the business development team, The sales coordinator will have a target for number of meetings scheduled each month and a annual target.Roles and Responsibilities: Ensure his/her targets are achieved or exceeded each monthIdentify key prospects for Ventures ONSITEPre-qualifying sales skillsProfessional communication in written form is requiredMaintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecastsAttend exhibitions and conferences where the company is participating, to promote company's products and servicesEnsure companies image, its products and services are presented to clients and prospects in a professional mannerAssist Account Manager for sales and marketing activitiesAssist Research Team if needed in collecting any information for product improvementQualifications :At least 1 to 2 years in sales coordinating or pre sales roleExcellent time managementUnderstanding of the Construction & Energy sectorDemonstrated experience developing processes to obtain leads through comparison and evaluation of possible sourcing opportunitiesProven ability to achieve goalExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional organizational skillsSelf-motivated to work independently, with team support, to close businessDemonstrated commitment to completing tasks and objectivesEffectively work with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointHandling external ClientsAchieve Sales TargetsMaintain Company Confidentiality
