We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified leads and create new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team by identifying prospects, initiating contact, and booking meetings with decision-makers.Key Responsibilities     •    Research and identify potential B2B clients     •    Prospect through LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calls     •    Qualify leads based on defined criteria     •    Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team     •    Maintain accurate data in CRM     •    Follow up consistently with potential clients     •    Achieve monthly lead generation targets   •    1–3 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, or lead generation     •    Experience in B2B or software/ERP sales is a plus     •    Strong communication skills (written & verbal)     •    Confident and persuasive personality     •    Ability to handle objections professionally     •    Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting and CRM tools     •    Good English level
