We’re Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR)Company: Expert-i TeleradiologyLocation: Alexandria OfficeExpert-i Teleradiology is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Alexandria, Egypt.This role is ideal for candidates with experience in call centers, tele-sales, cold calling, lead qualification, or customer outreach who are eager to build a career in sales and healthcare technology.Key Responsibilities:As an SDR, you will support our sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and following up with potential clients, including hospitals, imaging centers, clinics, and healthcare providers.Your responsibilities will include:• Reviewing and qualifying new leads from Zoho CRM, marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals• Conducting outreach through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails• Making outbound cold calls to prospective clients• Gathering market insights through competitor and service-model research calls• Assigning qualified leads to the relevant country field sales agent with clear notes and context• Maintaining accurate and updated lead records in Zoho CRM• Following CRM stages, tasks, and reporting processes consistently• Supporting marketing campaigns through lead follow-ups after webinars, ads, and other activities• Providing feedback on lead quality and campaign performance• Preparing weekly reports on calls, meetings booked, pipeline progress, and qualified leadsWho We’re Looking For:· Strong communication skills· Previous experience in call center, tele-sales, customer service, or outbound sales is preferred· Comfortable making calls and following up with prospects· Very good command of English, both spoken and written· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to update CRM records accurately· Confident using phone, WhatsApp, and email for business communication· Experience with CRM systems is a plusWhy Join Expert-i Teleradiology?At Expert-i Teleradiology, you’ll be part of a fast-growing healthcare technology company supporting radiology services across markets.
