VWN is hiring a high-performing SDR to support our client acquisition efforts. This role is critical to our growth. You will be responsible for contacting leads, qualifying them, nurturing interest, and booking meetings with U.S.-based mid-size companies.The ideal candidate has solid B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage, persuade, and build trust in a short time.Key Responsibilities• Conduct outbound calls to warm and cold leads.• Execute LinkedIn outreach, emails, and follow-up campaigns.• Book appointments with decision makers and ensure they attend.• Maintain detailed notes and updates inside the CRM.• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, conversations, and booked meetings.• Collaborate with the sales team to improve scripts, messaging, and processes.• Report pipeline metrics and performance regularly.Requirements• B2B sales experience• Strong English fluency—clear communication and active listening.• Confidence in speaking with international clients, especially the US market.• Ability to persuade, handle objections, and build rapport quickly.• Comfortable with outreach tools, email automation, and CRMs.• Organized, target-driven, and able to work independently.• High energy, proactive, and committed to hitting KPIs.Preferred• Experience in U.S. sales or appointment setting.• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GoHighLevel, Apollo, or similar tools.• Understanding of tech/consulting/virtual services industries.
