You will own the end-to-end sales function — from strategy and pipeline development to closing enterprise and mid-market restaurant accounts — and build a high-performing team around you. This is a critical leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and has a proven track record selling B2B SaaS or technology solutions to the hospitality, F&B, or retail sectors.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRevenue ownership: Define and execute the annual sales strategy to achieve ambitious ARR targets in Egypt.Pipeline development: Build and manage a robust, multi-stage pipeline of restaurant groups, hotel chains, cafes, and F&B outlets through outbound outreach, referrals, and partnerships.Enterprise & mid-market sales: Lead complex, consultative sales cycles with C-level and operations stakeholders; demonstrate ROI of dyne's platform for restaurant owners and operators.Team leadership: Hire, coach, and mentor a sales team; set clear KPIs, run pipeline reviews, and foster a high-performance culture.Partnerships & ecosystem: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with payment providers, POS vendors, and industry associations to accelerate market penetration.Forecasting & reporting: Maintain accurate CRM data, deliver weekly pipeline forecasts, and present quarterly business reviews to the leadership team.Customer success alignment: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding, reduce churn, and identify upsell and expansion opportunities.Market intelligence: Stay ahead of competitive dynamics, customer pain points, and trends in the Egyptian and regional RestaurantTech/FinTech landscape.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS10+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or director-level roleProven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in SaaS, FinTech, or hospitality technologyDeep knowledge of the Egyptian F&B, hospitality, or restaurant marketExperience leading and scaling sales teams of 5+ peopleStrong consultative selling skills and ability to navigate multi-stakeholder dealsProficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience selling to restaurants, cafes, hotel F&B, or food delivery operatorsFamiliarity with payments, POS, digital ordering, or loyalty platformsExisting network within the Egyptian hospitality sectorExperience operating in a high-growth startup or scale-up environmentWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN YEAR 1Achieve or exceed the agreed annual revenue quota for new businessBuild and onboard a structured sales team with clear playbooks and processesEstablish dyne as the preferred restaurant tech partner for top F&B groups in EgyptDevelop a repeatable, scalable sales process with measurable conversion benchmarks at each stage
